A clinic is planned from the services it must deliver, not from a trailer size. We start with your scope of service and the daily patient volume, then size the unit, set the number of zones and specify the equipment provisioning to match.

Typical scopes we design for include primary healthcare consultation, screening and testing programmes, immunisation and vaccination drives, chronic-medication dispensing, maternal and child health outreach, occupational health on industrial sites, and dental or optometry outreach where the equipment is specified by the programme.

Every clinic is built with easy-clean, medical-grade interior finishes: sealed floors with coved edges, wipeable wall linings, stainless or solid-surface work tops and fittings chosen for daily disinfection. Layout, cabinetry and equipment positions are drawn and signed off before fabrication, so the unit arrives configured for your clinical workflow.

Outreach clinics work where the grid is unreliable or absent. We provision power to the scope: mains hook-up for fixed sites, generator connection for remote deployment, and solar with battery storage where refrigeration and lighting must run through the night.

Where the programme carries vaccines or temperature-sensitive medication, the unit is provisioned for a medical refrigerator on a protected circuit with battery back-up, so a cold-chain break at the site is not a programme failure. Telehealth-ready fit-outs add data cabling, a screen and camera position in the consultation room, and a secure point for the router or satellite terminal your programme uses.

Units are fabricated in our NRCS-registered facility and aligned to applicable SABS standards, with road-worthy certification, registration and licensing handled on your behalf so the clinic is legal to tow on delivery. Gas and electrical compliance certificates are issued at extra cost where the fit-out requires them.

Clinical licensing and medical-device compliance remain with the operating organisation. We supply the general-arrangement drawing, specification sheet and build documentation your health department or funder needs to complete that process.

For tenders and funder programmes we issue a procurement pack on request: B-BBEE Level 1 certificate, CSD registration, tax compliance status, company registration, NRCS facility registration, specimen roadworthy papers and unit specification sheets. Documents go to a verified company email address within one working day.

Standard clinic configurations are built in 7 working days; custom scopes are quoted with their own build programme. Every unit is delivered nationwide or across SADC, commissioned on site and handed over with a 12-month warranty and a single project manager accountable from brief to handover.
