The coffee trailer is built differently to the rest of our range. Instead of a fixed equipment list, we start with an insulated double-panel shell — the Pikila's 2.4m x 1.6m footprint as a minimum, scaled up when you need more counter space — and fit it out around the coffee gear you already trust. You bring the espresso machine, grinder, water boiler and under-counter fridge; we build the counters, run the plug points, and plumb the water and waste so everything lands where your baristas need it.
We work this way because a coffee business runs on its equipment, and every operator has a setup they prefer. Rather than push a one-size-fits-all kit, we give you a road-ready insulated trailer and the fit-out to turn it into your mobile café. Pricing starts from R45,750 for the double-panel base shell and is finalised once we have talked through your layout and equipment. Like every Trailored build, it leaves our Randburg factory roadworthy, registered, and covered by a 12-month warranty on the trailer.

Model FAQ
Coffee Trailer: common questions
Does the coffee trailer come with a coffee machine?
No, and that is deliberate. You supply the espresso machine, grinder, boiler and fridge you prefer, and we build the trailer's counters, power and plumbing around them. You get exactly the setup you want, and you are not paying us a markup on equipment you can source yourself.
What size is the coffee trailer?
The minimum is the Pikila footprint, 2.4m x 1.6m, which suits a compact two-person espresso bar. If you need more counter or storage space we can build the fit-out into a larger trailer — tell us your equipment and workflow and we will recommend a size.
How is the price worked out?
Pricing starts from R45,750 for the insulated double-panel base shell. The final figure depends on the trailer size and the fit-out your equipment needs — extra plug points, water capacity, counter layout and shelving. We confirm everything on your quote before the build starts.
Can you brand it in my colours?
Yes. The trailer is finished in the colour of your choice, and we can discuss signage and branding for your coffee business when we quote.
